Military Affairs Commission Update FY 2007 / 2008 Property Acquisitions

Seven of the eight properties approved for acquisition in the first round of the MIF program have been acquired. One of the properties from the first round remains in negotiation at this time.

The due diligence process has been completed for the second round properties. Two properties have been acquired and negotiations for the other two properties are ongoing at this time.

Six properties have been approved for acquisition from the third round of applications and the due diligence process has been started for those properties. One of these properties is in escrow at this time.
